We understand that life can change unexpectedly. This policy explains how rescheduling, cancellations and refunds work.
Mediumship Sessions and Akashic Record Readings
- Rescheduling: you may reschedule your session to a new date within 2 months, using the link in your confirmation email or by messaging us on WhatsApp.
- Cancellations: sessions are non-refundable once booked. If your plans change, you may reschedule instead (see above).
- Missed sessions: missed sessions are non-refundable.
- If we need to reschedule: if Rupeka is unable to hold your session, or a technical problem on our side prevents it, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.
Candle spells
- Because preparation begins once your order is received, candle spells are non-refundable once booked.
The nature of spiritual services
Refunds cannot be given on the basis that a particular message, insight or outcome did not occur, as these cannot be guaranteed.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are only given where we cancel or are unable to provide your session or service. They are made to the original payment method.
