These Terms & Conditions apply to all sessions and services booked with The Divine Trail by Rupeka (“we”, “us”, “Rupeka”) through this website, WhatsApp or any other channel. By booking or paying for a service you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
The Divine Trail by Rupeka offers spiritual services online to clients worldwide, including Mediumship Sessions, Akashic Record Readings and Candle Spells. 2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to book a service.
3. Nature of the services
- All services are intended for spiritual guidance, personal reflection and healing purposes only.
- Messages, insights and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Every experience is unique, and Spirit cannot be forced.
- Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please continue to consult qualified professionals for these matters.
- You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
4. Bookings and payment
- Sessions are booked through our online calendar and paid for in advance. Clients in India book first and pay with Razorpay within 15 minutes of booking; unpaid bookings are cancelled automatically. Candle spells are ordered through our order form and paid for in advance by PayPal or card, or by Razorpay (UPI, cards or net banking) for clients in India.
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Your bank or PayPal may apply conversion fees. Clients in India pay in Indian rupees (INR): the US dollar price converted at the day’s European Central Bank reference rate and rounded to the nearest rupee, shown before you pay.
- A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.
- We may decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.
5. Online sessions
- Sessions take place via Google Meet. You are responsible for a stable internet connection and a working device with camera and microphone.
- Please join from a quiet, private, calm place. No audience is allowed during Mediumship Sessions or Akashic Record Readings. Keep a glass of water with you.
- Sessions are not recorded, and you must not record a session without our written consent.
- If you join late, the session will still end at its scheduled time. Missed sessions are non-refundable (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
6. Candle spells
- Candle spells are performed remotely by Rupeka on your behalf over the stated period, using the details you provide.
- Please make sure the information you give is accurate.
- All spell work is carried out with positive intention. We will not perform work intended to harm, control or override the free will of another person.
- The timing and nature of any outcome cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

8. Confidentiality and privacy
Everything you share in a session is treated as confidential. We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Conduct
We ask that all communication is respectful. We may end a session without refund if behaviour is abusive or threatening.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decision you make or action you take based on a session or service, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
