Do I need any spiritual experience?
Not at all. You don’t need to be spiritually experienced or know how mediumship or the Akashic Records work. Simply bring your intention and an open heart.
Are sessions recorded?
No. Sessions are not recorded. You are welcome to keep a notebook with you and write down anything you would like to remember.
Is my session confidential?
Yes. Every session is completely confidential and held with the utmost respect for your unique healing process.
What will I receive in a session?
Every experience is unique. Messages may come through emotions, memories, symbols or intuitive impressions, and each session unfolds in its own way. All services are offered for spiritual guidance, personal reflection and healing purposes only.
Is a session a replacement for medical or psychological care?
No. Spiritual sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you are struggling, please also reach out to your doctor or a qualified professional.
Booking & payment
How do I book?
Choose your service, pick an available time, complete your details and pay securely by PayPal or card. Clients in India book first and then pay in rupees with Razorpay (UPI, cards or net banking) within 15 minutes. You will receive an instant confirmation email with your Google Meet link.
Are sessions available to international clients?
Yes. Sessions are available worldwide, and the booking calendar automatically shows available times in your local time zone.
Which currency are prices in?
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). If you pay in another currency, PayPal or your card provider will convert the amount for you. Clients in India pay the rupee (INR) amount shown, through Razorpay.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details, or message Rupeka on WhatsApp as early as possible if your plans change.
Mediumship Sessions
How is a mediumship session conducted?
Your session is held privately via Google Meet. After a brief grounding, Rupeka connects intuitively and shares messages with compassion and clarity.
How long is the session?
Each consultation lasts approximately 60 minutes, giving you ample time for meaningful guidance and spiritual connection.
What questions could I bring to a mediumship session?
Whether or not we had time to say goodbye, loss can remain deeply painful for those left behind. Some of the questions people bring include:
- Are they at peace?
- Did they want to say something before they left?
- Do they have any final messages for us?
- Can we help them to move on in any way?
- How would they like us to move forward in life?
Questions like these may be explored during a session, offering a compassionate space for reflection, reassurance and emotional comfort.
Can someone else join my session?
No audience is allowed during the session. Please be in a quiet, calm place on your own, and keep a glass of water with you.
Akashic Record Readings
What are the Akashic Records?
The Akashic Records are often described as the energetic record of every soul’s journey – its lessons, patterns and potential. A reading gently accesses this wisdom to offer insight and guidance for your present life.
What can I ask in an Akashic Record Reading?
You can ask about your life purpose, repeating patterns, relationships, career direction, blocks you feel stuck in, or any area where you are seeking clarity. Writing your questions down before the session is helpful.
How should I prepare for my Akashic reading?
Please be in a calm space with pin-drop silence, ideally using earphones. Keep a notebook with your questions and a glass of water with you. No one else should be present during the reading.
Candle spells
How does a candle spell work if I am not there?
Rupeka performs the candle ritual on your behalf over seven days (14 days for a customised spell), holding your name, details and intention with care and positive energy. You do not need to be present or do anything during this time – photos and videos of your ritual are sent to you on WhatsApp.
What details do you need from me?
Your full name, date of birth, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, city, country and a few words about your intention. For a relationship spell, we also ask for your partner’s full name and date of birth. For a customised spell, please describe your situation so the work can be shaped around you.
How soon do the results show?
Results vary from person to person. Some experience shifts within days, while for others it may take a few weeks depending on energy, karma, mindset and action. Spell work opens pathways, but aligned effort from your side is also important.
What is a customised spell?
A customised spell is created around your particular situation when none of the listed spells quite fits. It is performed over 14 days. Share your intention in the order form and Rupeka will shape the work accordingly.
Is my information kept private?
